here is the program of the day
We offer a customized photo course. Here’s what a typical day looks like. We start at 8:00 and finish at 17:00, so be ready for a long day of learning and practicing.
Briefing, and setting the day's goals
We'll discuss theory, equipment, and techniques for about an hour. This will help us define the day's goals and how to achieve them.
Diving in Amed or Tulamben
We'll choose the best dive sites in the area according to your objectives. The dives include USAT liberty shipwreck, macro dives in Tulamben, and drift dives in Amed.
Balinese lunch
We'll take an hour's break after the dives to enjoy local food and recharge our batteries. I cannot guarantee that we won't talk about diving or underwater photos!
Editing and reviewing the images
We will use Lightroom to edit our images. This will allow us to discuss what went right and wrong during our dives.
FROM ZERO TO HERO UNDERWATER PHOTO COURSE
In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of underwater photography, such as camera handling maintenance, F-stops, shutter speed, and ISO, strobes and lighting, composition, and workflow and editing. You will also learn how to tell a story with your photos and create a portfolio that showcases your skills and style.
You will get personalized feedback and guidance from our experienced instructors, who will help you improve your technique and overcome any challenges. The course requires a minimum of three days (5 dives), but we recommend you to spend five days (9 dives) with us for the best results. You can choose to do the course in Amed Tulamben, one of the most beautiful and diverse diving destinations in Bali.
The course is open to a maximum of two participants per instructor, unless you book a workshop or request a second instructor. This ensures that you get enough attention and support from your instructor. If you want to dive with your buddy, you can join the course together and enjoy a special discount.
If you want to extend your diving adventure, we can arrange a customized Safari for you. This is a great opportunity to practice your photography skills and explore more of the amazing marine life and scenery that Bali has to offer. Just let us know your preferences and we will make it happen.
